Abstract
Accident analysis is an important component in risk management, however in nowadays, with the growing of complex plant and work procedure, identifing causing factor is impractical. In this paper, we proposed to use qualitative and quantitative methods to building base for risk management analysis and reinforcement. An analytic hierarchy process is conducted to build the accident chain, and the judgment degree is further project into probabilities indicates the chance of event occurring. Based on the constructed accident structure, a Bayesian Network analysis is applied, providing a view from statistics an uncertainty. Based on this, a 7S management framework was used in reinforcement analysis. A chemical accident case study is present to valid the proposed methods.
