  • Abstract
The estimated accuracy of phase and frequency of all phase FFT spectrum analysis and its correction techniques are high[1-3], for its perfect characteristic of inhibiting the spectrum leakage. The phase isn´t influenced by frequency shift, so there is no need to correct it. In this paper, a spectrum analyzer with self-adaptive sampling frequency is designed on the basis of all phase FFT spectrum analysis techniques, using TI´s 32-bit floating-point DSP. It is shown that the frequency measurement error of the design with high frequency-resolution is 0.01%. It is suited for high-precision, intensive spectrum analysis and non-synchronous sampling harmonic analysis.
