Much thanks to Dr. Skolebev for reading my article and providing these very helpful remarks. At the time of writing my paper, I was not aware of the existence of book #3, which is an excellent book for arrays. Books #1 and #2 are excellent books as well, but are not as updated as my paper; thus, the title of my paper: "...Review and Update." In my opinion, all three books also do not provide an easy-to-understand treatment of overlapped subarrays that would enable students and engineers with a basic background in antennas to get up to speed on this technology.
