Abstract
A terahertz coplanar waveguide fed planar circular monopole antenna with ultra wideband using graphene is proposed and simulated. It reveals that graphene is a very promising material for terahertz antennas. Compared with previously initial work in graphene antennas by V.P. Gusynin et al. , the proposed graphene monopole antenna has better performance in the bandwidth below -10 dB.
