Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of market orientation and R&D strategy on the business performance. Empirical analysis reveals that the market-driven orientation is positively correlated to the innovative R&D strategy while the driving-market orientation to imitative R&D strategy. Besides., R&D strategy has a positive effect on the business performance.
