Past review and future directions of study on the element “learning” in internationalized new ventures

This paper mainly discusses the element “learning” in internationalized new ventures (INVs) from several dimensions., focusing on answering the following questions - why/what/how do INVs learn and what are the results of learning. Based on these questions., it comes out the four dimensions discussed in this paper-the motivations of learning., the content of learning., the process of learning., the results of learning. In the end., this paper summaries the intrinsic logic between the dimensions and briefly discusses the future research directions.
