Abstract
Forest fire always triggers breaking down of power transmission lines, affects the stability of the power grid and causes enormous losses. Therefore the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of forest fire risk is significant. This paper proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the theory of information entropy to modify subjective weights of evaluation indicators, and applies this method to evaluate the forest fire risk on the transmission lines. As for the evaluation in a given region of Beijing, this method appears a practical value, especially to eliminate or diminish subjectivity of evaluation based on data by experts´ grading directly.
