  • Abstract
    To control the temperature of the cold trap, the distributed control systems combined with PLC have been applied in China Experimental Fast Reactor (CEFR). Its easily-handled man-machine interface designed according to ergonomics makes the cold trap control system more reliable and smarter. Combined theoretical calculations and engineering experience, the cold trap control system can help to advance the temperature-control accuracy and its anti-jamming capability at the bottom of the cold trap. The improved efficiency and quality of the sodium purification ensure the safety of CEFR operation.
