Abstract
Coded wireless sensor networks enable high resolution spatio-temporal data collection from passive battery-free wireless sensors. The quasi-orthogonal digital codes embedded in analog sensors allow for separation of their responses to interrogating signals under certain conditions. Although these types of sensors promise to enable a large array of new applications, they come short in interference management. This study sheds light on the limitations of these types of sensor networks and present novel methods for managing interference in a passive fashion.
