Abstract
In this paper, a CMOS intelligent light sensing chip for automatic brightness tuning applications is newly proposed. The proposed chip is attractive due to the fact that analog processing circuits and light sensors are integrated. This work proposes a single chip solution to achieve automatic brightness tuning. By following user´s requirements, the proposed chip can collocate with various DC-DC converters and fit to different artificial light sources. All the functions and performance of the proposed CMOS intelligent light sensing chip for automatic brightness tuning applications are successfully tested and proven through measurements.
