Abstract
A method was proposed for generating pseudo=random noise that meets arbitrary amplitude probability distribution (APD), which based on the direct digital frequency synthesizer (DDS) technology. It can be used as a standard source for verify APD measuring equipment or for immunity tests. The key problem is how to generate the sample value sequence and the relevant numerical processing.
