Abstract
Due to more multimedia utilization nowadays, the service holding time of most mobile agent is differrent from only the call holding time in the past. This paper emphasizes on the order-handoff service channel holding time in cellular wireless networks. The efficiently improved channel resources in cellular wireless networks should be equiped by an awareness according to the order-handoff service holding times of heterogeneous traffics by the hyper-Erlang distribution.
