Abstract
When environmental problems are more and more serious in recent years, carbon emissions have received the extensive concern of the society. The fiscal policy support is necessary in the process of reducing carbon emissions. Firstly, the paper is analysis the current carbon emissions related financial subsidies, transfer payments, government procurement policies. Secondly, the paper analyzes the data, and find out the problems in the process of implementing the fiscal policy. Finally, the paper put forward reasonable suggestions combining with the situation in China.
