Abstract
The basic problem at building of low-rate sensor networks is solving the problem with access to the link for data transfer with the help of set of sensors and limited resources of data transfer environment. An algorithm for determination of time for access to low-rate sensor network is suggested. This algorithm leads to decreasing the number of repeated packets transfers at their unsuccessful accepting and decrease the access time to the link during one cycle. Suggested algorithm is implemented for access to the sensors of wireless communication link automated monitoring and control system for street illumination.
