Abstract
Cloud computing is becoming a necessity more than a concept. Conceptual modeling is also playing an important role when it is used as an approach to express information or knowledge in a structure that is defi ned by a consistent set of rules. Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS) is a provision model in which an organization outsources the equipment used to support operations, including storage, hardware, servers and networking components. In this paper the authors try to model the IAAS as a service in the Cloud. The authors have used the UML tool for the Conceptual Model. Here the Cloud Provider can use the model to design an entire infrastructure with all hardware resources and the consumer can use the same model to control his usage through an Infrastructure As A Service Model that allows multiple resources to share a single hardware host.
