Abstract
The mine safety evaluation is of great significance for daily safety production management of the mine. The current evaluation methods can not reflect the unascertained or fuzzy state of the mine completely. Firstly, this paper establishes a more systematic, scientific, reasonable index system for the mine safety evaluation, relying on the practical experience and relevant research on system development of Jinshandian iron mine which belongs to Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation (WISCO), determines the weight of each index objectively with the entropy weight method, and then evaluates the mine system safety using the unascertained measure model. Cases show that the result of the mine safety evaluation is in line with the reality, which provides a reliable technical support for the mines´ daily safety and normal production, and meanwhile provides a certain explanation and demonstration for potential safety hazards that may occur. Therefore, the model possesses a certain scientific property, rationality and reliability, and has the value of further promotion and application
