Abstract

As more and more e-commerce companies are mushrooming on the Internet, the competition becomes very high for those sites to be appeared on the top of Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs). With the massive growth of Internet, the dependability of Search Engines for Information Retrieval (IR) becomes a mandatory. This paper provides an introduction to link structure base search engine ranking algorithms and efficient methodologies to optimize Websites for link structure based ranking algorithms.
