  • Abstract
In recent years, with advances in microelectronics technology and wireless communication technology to promote the rapid development of low power, low price, multifunction sensor, and wireless sensor networks have been widely used in general. Due to the limitations of node´s resource and scenarios, security issues become a major obstacle to development of wireless sensor networks. Sybil attack is a major attack, which is important for wireless sensor networks. In this paper, we proposed a sybil detection methods based on ranging in wireless sensor networks. The proposed detect sybil attacks through by anchor nodes location. Finally, the theoretical analysis and experiments confirm this method can effectively detect sybil attacks and improve the security of wireless sensor networks.
