  • Abstract
    A photonic crystal fiber (PCF)-based multimodal multiphoton nonlinear microspectroscopy imaging system was developed and applied to hepatic fibrosis tissue. Multiphoton images and CARS spectrum at C-H vibration stretching differentiate liver fibrosis from normal liver tissue.
