  • Abstract
    Distributed Generation and microgrid are attracting more and more attentions all around the world. And transient stability is an important issue for microgrid. This paper builds up the transient model of the micro-grid applicable for its transient calculation, considering the computation needs of its transient stability simulation, and the numerical solution to the distributed generation model and its calculation step length determination method are investigated. The transient stability analysis simulation program of the Inverter-based microgrid is designed and accomplished. Its effectiveness and accuracy are validated by comparison simulations. And comparison simulation results show that the program is appropriately design and works accurately. The program meets with the preliminary needs of the microgrid transient stability analysis and simulation.
