  • Abstract
    In order to improve the performance of the tension control system of roll-fed printing press, a tension control system based on SIMOTION was proposed by analyzing the characteristics of the roll-fed printing. Controller drive two drive modules, using ST, MCC and other language design the algorithm through the Scout development environment, developed a roll-fed printing press experimental platform to achieve the control. Experimental results indicate that the system has good stability, high sensitivity, simple structure, and it is convenient to use. It has important implications on the control algorithm in teaching domain.
