  • Abstract
    We demonstrate an integrated coherent transmitter (ICT) comprised of a co-packaged narrow linewidth BH-DFB laser and high performance InP-based modulator suitable for 100 Gb/s DP-QPSK coherent transmission. This ICT provides a signal output power > 0dBm and an independent 10 dBm local oscillator (LO) port.
