Abstract
Our heartiest welcome to IEEE ICALT 2015, the 4th IEEE International Conference on Advanced Logistics and Transport taking place in Valenciennes, France. With this fourth edition, the conference is held for the first time in France after successful conferences in Tunisia (2011, 2013, and 2014). The conference aims to bring together researchers and practitioners to discuss issues, challenges and future directions, share their R&D findings and experiences in the following areas: - Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) - Human Factors and Design (HFD) - Shipping and Maritime Logistics (SML) - Logistics & Supply Chain Management (LSCM) - Optimization and Logistics Challenges (OLC)
