  • Abstract
    In this paper, we derive exact closed form expression for the average bit error rate of coherent modulation schemes over Nakagami-m fading channels. The derived expression is presented in terms of the Miejer´s G-function which is a built in function in commercial mathematical software packages. The derived expression is valid for any real value of the fading parameter m. Numerical results are presented and compared to simulation results to show the exactness of the derived expression.
