Abstract
Currently in UAE many higher educational institutes are replacing the traditional teaching and learning system with iPad based teaching and learning system. The focus of this paper is to study the effect of class size on the effectiveness of iPad based learning process in UAE high school classrooms. We conducted quantitative analysis in one of the UAE based high schools that implemented iPad-based teaching systems. Results show significant effect of class size on the effectiveness of the system. However, such effect was also shown to be insignificant if students are trained sufficiently on the new technology.
