Abstract
A planar Hall effect bridge sensor is investigated in this study. The anisotropic magnetoresistive sensor is made of Permalloy nanomaterial alloyed with copper, silver, and gold. Alloying addition lowers the sensor layer resistance which in turn results in decrease noise.
