Abstract
In this study, ultrafine Nd-Fe-B powders were prepared by jet milling of HDDR processed strip casting (SC) alloys with nominal composition of Nd25.92Pr6.48Febal.B1Al0.2Cu0.2Nb0.2Ga0.12 (wt .%). After magnetic compaction, sintering was carried out at 940~970 followed by annealing at 500 for 2 h. The magnetic properties were measured by using SQUID magnetometer in fields of up to 4T. Microstructure observation was taken by field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
