  • Abstract
    In this paper we introduce the Car as Power Plant as an integrated system that provides electricity using fuel cell vehicles in parking buildings. Using a socio-technical systems design approach, we show that to study its implementation we need to investigate its long-term development as well as the operational feasibility.
