Abstract
High-speed Solenoid Valve is the main executive body in the EHB system and has great significance to the accurate control of brake pressure which is the basis of active safety for vehicle, so an improved design becomes a necessity. Firstly, a nonlinear mathematical model is established after analyzing its working principle. Comparing the simulation data with the practical data, it is verified that the model has a high feasibility. Secondly, the influence of different factors such as the mass of valve core, spring stiffness, spring preload and coil number of turns on solenoid valve responses are analyzed. Then, these factors are optimized calculation by using genetic algorithm and the experimental researches on optimizing the parameters are done. The experimental results show that the parameters optimization of solenoid valve can greatly improve the response characteristics and the precision control of brake pressure of EHB system.
