  • Abstract
In order to investigate the variation of 10 nonessential elements in different varieties of soybean shoots (Glycine max L. Merr.) affected by fertilizer application, and a new measuring experiment schedule was established in this paper. Forty four soybean lines were cultivated in the field with three different fertilizer treatments: manure (M, 20 t/ha), chemical fertilizer (C, 20kg N/ha, 80 kg P2O5/ha and 80 kg K2O/ha) and only potassium fertilizer (O). The measuring and analysis results show the mean concentrations of the 10 non-essential elements in soybean shoots vary in the order Na (sodium) > Sr (strontium) > Ba (barium) > Cr (chromium) > V (vanadium) > Li (lithium) > Co (cobalt) > Se (selenium) > Cs (cesium) > Cd (cadmium), and fertilizer applications have significant impacts on the element concentrations of soybean shoots, with the increase of Sr, Se, Cd and Ba, and decrease of Co, Cs, Li, V, Na and Cr in manure treatment.
