Abstract
In order to solve the high-tech project evaluation problems, a multi-attribute group decision-making approach is proposed, where attribute values being preference ordering and linguistic variables. By means of fuzzy operations, two types of information are converted into the fuzzy sets of basic linguistic evaluation set, and are comparable for further integration to calculate the overall values of projects and their rankings. An example is used to illustrate the proposed approach.
