EMC spotlight

The purpose of the “SPOTLIGHT” column is to highlight the top downloaded papers for the IEEE Transactions on Electromagnetic Compatibility and Electromagnetic Compatibility Magazine, pre-selected based on the statistics of the IEEE Xplore digital library (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org), by presenting their corresponding abstracts. A balance of the top downloaded paper abstracts is published quarterly, giving to the technical and scientific community the opportunity of being informed about the contributions of a wide range of EMC topics, their authors and affiliations, and making the EMC field better known.
