Abstract
A dual heater isothermal AC/DC converter has been developed and tested experimentally. The device used in a negative feedback loop, driven by a sinusoidal voltage yields the rms value. At low frequencies the major source of error is the ripple in the feedback path. A minor systematic error, at a all frequencies, is an inverse function of the loop gain
