  • Abstract
Once prospects make it past an employer´s designated GPA cutoff, what attributes most influence an employer´s decision in hiring one candidate over another, particularly when multiple candidates are equally qualified? According to the National Association of Colleges and Employers´ (NACE) Job Outlook 2009 study, a student´s major was cited as having the most influence on employers´ hiring decisions.
