Abstract
Measurements of in-building radio signals show that plasma, inside fluorescent lights, reflects signals at twice the frequency of the power network. These reflections produce fading of received signals at 120 Hz with power variations ranging from a few tenths of a decibel to more than 20 dB and phase variations from less than 20 degrees to 100 degrees .
