  • Abstract
A newly developed optimal method of designing power transistors for audio power ICs based on the introduction of conventional, improved, and new power transistors is described. Secondary breakdown energy is evaluated, together with collector-current linearity under saturated conditions. A new area-efficient geometry is realized
