  • Abstract
    The participants of a mentoring program namely the mentee and the mentor are beneficial to each other. A mentee gains valuable insight into the decision making process that would not have been possible without the mentor. The benefits of the mentoring program included refining and strengthening soft skills of a mentor. Being a mentee helps communication and interpersonal skills by providing exposure to different perspectives and therefore should increase the ability to interact with others and continue to receive guidance and feed back
