Abstract
The Alfven cosmic plasma model of the Universe is shown to be consistent with the cosmic background radiation, which is taken to be the radiation from neutrino-antineutrino annihilation. The mass of the neutrino is found to be 6.2×10-4 eV, which is consistent with other experimental observations
