Comment: Effect of some component tolerances and measuring errors on noise measurements

Comments are made on a previous letter, and a simpler method of error analysis is suggested, together with an alternative treatment of the effect of switch loss and mismatch. Reference is also made to an alternative method of calibrating noise generators in terms of the equivalent-available-power concept, compared with the more usual method in terms of the available-power concept.
