2001 Achievement Award of the IEEE Transactions on Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control: Eric L. Adler

Prof. Dr. Eric L. Adler is the 22nd recipient of the IEEE Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control Society Achievement Award. The award was presented at the 2001 International Ultrasonics Symposium in Atlanta in October 2001. Prof. Don Malocha presented the introductory remarks. Prof. Adler\´s citation reads: "For his extensive contributions to the understanding and analysis of bulk, surface and pseudo-surface acoustic waves in single crystals and layered structures, and his years of service to the Society."
