  • Abstract
    A monotonic phase variation technique (employing phasor rotation in one direction of the unit circle), applicable to PSK modulation schemes is investigated. By computer simulation, the proposed technique is shown to reduce the width of the mainlobe of the transmitted signal by 25%, compared to conventional constant envelope PSK schemes.
