Message From the Editor-in-Chief

This issue of IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology (TCSVT) marks the beginning of the Editor-in-Chief´s (EIC) second year as EIC. He takes this opportunity to wish the readers of TCSVT a very happy and prosperous new year in 2007! The first year of his tenure as EIC for TCSVT has been a wonderful experience and very gratifying. In 2006, TCSVT has witnessed significant growth in several facets, thanks to the great support from the authors, reviewers, associate editors, and publication office staff members.
