  • Abstract
    The low level luminance I.C. that is described in this paper is designed to have multiple features and flexibility in its application to TV receivers. Thus, versatility is stressed in the design rather than the minimization of the pin count for the package. The I.C. Chip is fabricated with bi polar technology and is housed in an 18 pin dual in-line plastic package. It is intended for use with a +24V power supply.
