  • Abstract
The surface integral equations whose unknowns are the surface electric and magnetic currents are widely used in eddy current analysis. However, one of the integral equations contains the derivative of the surface magnetic current, which causes error, especially in obtaining magnetic fields near the edge of the conductor. In order to obtain the magnetic fields accurately, the paper shows how to utilize an edge boundary condition which is an equation between the surface magnetic current and the charge at the edge of a conductor
