Abstract
A technique for extending the moment-analysis method for statistical analysis to include linear-correlation effects is presented. This technique has the advantage of being significantly faster than previous methods for treating linear-correlation effects. Included is an example of the effect of linear correlation between load and driver devices on the probability-density function of the output voltage of an m.o.s.t. integrated invertor.
