  • Abstract
    A theoretical analysis of the mixer operation of an f.e.t. is presented. The model is based on a nonlinear equivalent circuit deduced from small signal S-parameter measurements. A Volterra series analysis enables the conversion gain to be calculated for different circuit conditions.
