  • Abstract
    Spectral behaviour of GaAlAs lasers with external feedback surfaces is reported. Flat and 60 ¿m radius spherical mirrors near the emitting area have been used. Single-mode tunable emission over ¿% bandwidth (43.6 Å) has been achieved.
