  • Abstract
    Global weighted spatial smoothing is utilised in adaptive arrays for coherent interference suppression. With the prior knowledge of the directions of coherent sources, signal cancellation is eliminated and the smoothing index can be reduced to the number of sources even for small spatial separation.
