Abstract
We demonstrate the fabrication of a multilayered medium by a laminating process with pressure-sensitive adhesives. It is possible to reduce the thickness variations of both photosensitive layers and transparent layers by applying laminating films. With this method it is easy to pile up many layers for multilayered medium. Recording and reading out data in each layer without crosstalk is demonstrated. We also report the optimization of film thickness in multilayered media to achieve terabyte data storage
