  • Abstract
    An active second-order bandpass filter section is derived from the state-space realisation known as the symmetric-form filter and has the same F-matrix. It is shown that this new filter section is similar to the symmetric filter insofar as it has practically the same sensitivities of `¿p¿ and `Q¿ and has certain advantages over the symmetric filter.
